Wooden Sandpits For Schools & Nurseries
Our strong and high quality wooden sandpits come in all types and sizes and are particularly popular with schools and nurseries.
SMALL SANDPIT
Sandpit with a single lid the pit itself measuring 1m x 1m. The handles have been positioned so that two children can remove / replace the lid. This is a free standing item and requires about 10 x 25kg bags of play sand which we can supply.
LARGE SANDPIT
Two lids for this large free standing sandpit that measures 1m x 2m. 20 x 25kg bags of play sand are recommended which we can supply.
SANDPIT WITH SLIDING LIDS & LEGS
Sliding lids with legs attached cover the 1.2m x 1.2m pit with an overall measurement of 1.2m x 2.4m when open. Another free standing item and this one needs 13 bags of sand.
SANDPIT WITH SLIDING LIDS & FIXED LEGS
The legs are concreted into place on this 1.5m x 1.5m pit with sliding lids. The overall measurement is 1.5m x 3m when open and needs about 20 bags of sand. For details of the covering structure, please see shelters / storage.
