Footprint graphics lead the way to a Traversing Wall complete with small mirrors. This simple equipment utilises a corner, employs physical activity and offers the challenge of finding the best / quickest route. A stunning double Tower in red livery with clatter-bridge and crawl tunnel occupies a central position. Lots of role play opportunities as well as climbing, scaling and crawling activities are on offer for both adventurous children and those wanting to take their time. The irregular shaped red Wetpour safety surface complements the scheme and is most attractive. The large covered sandpit with sliding lids is positioned on a sandy coloured Wetpour surface and sits beneath an Apex roofed shelter. Protected from the rain and sun, the children will be able to explore and investigate capacity and volume, weight and transfer whilst learning to share and co-operate. Opposite this structure is a green Tube Slide and an open yellow, double Wave Slide again both benefitting from Wetpour safety surface made even more attractive in contrasting colours. Exit holes in the purpose built safety railing provide access to both slides. The far end of the playground is now transformed into a pretty, quiet area with a seat beneath the tree together with Triple Planters with bench seats positioned on artificial grass and set off with diamond Trellis Fencing panels that can be used for weaving, trailed with climbing plants or adorned with different materials.
