We don’t have sales people, we just have experienced, professional people who are often parents themselves to listen to your needs and wants and discuss the best options available within your budget and available space. They will take measurements and photographs of the area and talk to you about any safer surfacing and fencing options that may be necessary. Our range of standard playground equipment is comprehensive but as we are manufacturers we can tailor make items when appropriate.

We aim to work closely with you from your initial contact until completion and beyond.

This service is provided without any obligation and is completely free within our installation area.

Design

Even if you know exactly what you want it’s hard to visualize, so in most cases our design team will get to work producing a bespoke coloured CAD proposal to accompany your quotation.

In addition to the main focus of the project whether your choice is play equipment, playground shade, outdoor classrooms or promoting investigation and observation, we will include playground furniture and additional items to make your project special. Should your budget change we will of course adjust the proposal and quotation accordingly.

If your project is subject to fund raising activities, we can provide a large, laminated copy of the final proposal for display purposes so that everyone will be enthused when they see what is being aimed for.

Preparation & Installation

Our Installers hold CSCS cards which are available for inspection at all times and all staff have been CRB checked. Plane & Simple Ltd are registered with Safecontractor.

Most projects require some preparation of the area prior to installation. We can take care of all groundworks including earth moving to level the site or to create mounds and hills, dips and banks for natural play opportunities. We will attend to drainage and surfacing, carpentry and bricklaying needs ensuring the best conditions are in place for the installation.

Following your instruction to proceed, our Operations Director and his team will take over the project until completion. In the event of a complex project, he may want to arrange a second site visit but will any case keep you informed as arrangements are made – for skips and our arrival for example.

Our installation teams are directly employed, expert, professional and customers say they are a joy to have around. We understand the need to disrupt your working day as little as possible and will do our very best to be unobtrusive and tidy the site.

Obviously if the children had a hand in designing the project they will want to follow the installation process and our installers will be happy to explain the various stages when appropriate – indeed we look forward to seeing the photographs they have taken.

Safety Checks & Maintenance

Our attention to our customers doesn’t end once the installation is complete.

An annual safety check with full report will be offered following installation and we can arrange a repair and maintenance programme tailored to suit your needs.
